Customer is responsible for having a well prepped vehicle by a reputable off road shop. If in Phoenix, Baja Trix will perform a complimentary “check” of your vehicle to ensure it is adequate for the terrain. Customer is responsible for performing all required maintenance such brakes, suspension, fluid levels, etc. Any maintenance related issues performed by staff during the trip will be charged to the customer at $150/hour.
Should a customers vehicle be damaged during the adventure, the staff will do everything in their power to perform repairs to ensure is off road worthy. If the staff determines the vehicle is not off road worthy, we will discuss options with the customer such as an alternate (paved) route.
Should a vehicle become un-driveable (not repairable) staff will discuss options with the customer.
